I have a model bandw BWGNRK1394 and want to install it on a 2000 f350 crewcab short box should be a model BWGNRK1108 whats the difference.

The B and W Turnoverball kit part # BWGNRK1394 will not work for your Ford truck since it is designed to fit Dodge trucks.
You will need the part # BWGNRK1108 that you referenced as it comes with a totally different bracket design.
