Thank you for your order for Draw-Tite Class I hitch # 24920 which is a confirmed fit on your 2016 Honda Fit.
Since this is a Class I hitch you need to use a compatible Class I bike rack. You can carry up to 2 bikes on a Class I hitch and all such 2-bike Class I carriers we offer are shown on the linked page. To not break the bank, I recommend a cost-effective rack like the Swagman XC # S64650 which is a good rack at a much lower in price than the Thule EasyFold rack # TH903202 that you referenced. Of course these are the extremes and there are many great options between them. The XC rack does require additional locks like # S64031 which also needs to be factored into the best rack at your price point.
You may care to review the linked articles on hitch bike racks as these will help you consider the best match for your particular bikes and help you choose a rack that fits well at the back of the Fit. Either of the racks I mentioned will easily fit on the car.
For instance, if you have beach cruisers, which tend to be wider and heavier than other bikes, then the Vee Me is a really good choice since it has a 50-lbs-per-bike capacity and offers over a foot of clearance at the back of the car.
