Replacement Hub Recommendation for 2003 Bearcat Trailer with Dexter Hub 8-258
Question:
Good Morning, I have a 2003 2 place snowmobile trailer made by Bearcat. Id like to replace the hubs and bearings before winter, and Bearcat is no longer making the trailers. I did a bit of research and found out that they put their trailers on Dexter axles, and I wanted to see if you would be able to help me ID what parts I would need to replace the hubs and bearings. The part number on the hubs, from what I can tell is 8-258. There may be additional letters stamped - AF7?? on the hubs, but theyre pretty well rusted. Wanted to see if you could point me in the right direction, as the part number Im pulling up is Code: 8-258-5UC1-EZ which is for 13-15inch tires. The tires on my trailer are 10, so I want to be sure that is the correct part before I order. Thanks!

The part number you listed that you have on your trailer means that you are in need of the part # 8-258-5UC1-EZ for a replacement. If this hub worked with your current wheels the replacement would as well.
