The Pro Series Steel Solo Cargo Carrier, part # PS10401-10402 features a folding ramp, but the carrier itself does not fold up at the rear of your 2005 Land Rover. I do have a solution for you though.
I recommend the Flint Hill Goods Carrier, part # FHG77ZR. This is a 30-inch x 50-inch carrier that features a 48-inch long ramp. This carrier is designed to fit 2-inch receiver openings and has a 500-lb weight capacity. The ramp folds up and the carrier itself folds up near the rear of your vehicle when not in use.
The one thing you need to be concerned with is clearance at the back of your Land Rover. You can take a quick measurement to make sure you have the clearance. You will need a tape measure and a straight edge like a yardstick or a dowel. Place the straight edge vertically against the back of the bumper, letting it extend below the trailer hitch receiver opening. Then measure from the center of the hitch pin to the straight edge. This will give you the distance you need to clear the bumper.
