Question:
One of the four hydraulic jacks never sets firmly on ground.usually 1 to 2inch off ground why?

If it is always the same front leg of your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 that does not extend as fully as the others then you may need to adjust the height of the foot plate. If the leg that does not extend fully changes from time to time then you'll want to have the RV dealer check the installation.
The Ground Control system also provides for adjustment of any individual jack by you selecting the manual operating mode.
