Ground Clearance of Curt Class III Hitch Installed on a 2011 Chrysler 300C
Question:
and have read and watched all the videos on your post! Not so uncertain as I was in the beginning but I am wondering if you can tell me what the clearance is from the bottom of the hitch to the ground once installed on a completely stock 300C ? Am measuring up my trailer and the specs for where I hope to be and am wondering if you guys have ever measured it when finished! Thanks

Expert Reply:
The Curt Class III hitch part # C13093 measures 10-1/2 inches from the TOP of the hitch opening down to the ground. We know this since we installed this hitch on a 2012 Chrysler 300C.
So since this is a 2 inch hitch and the lip of the hitch opening would be about 1/2 inch from the bottom of the hitch to the ground would measure right at 9 inches.
