Replacement Manual Passenger Side Mirror for a 1991 Dodge Dakota

my Dakota has a power mirror. can I replace it with a manual mirror and can it be replaced without removing the interior door panel ?

If you don't mind having to adjust the passenger's side mirror by hand on your 1991 Dodge Dakota then you can use a manual mirror, # KS60049C, instead of the powered one.
It does appear that the interior door trim has to come off to access the hardware for the mirror. This is actually not all that difficult to do. There appears to be 5 fasteners holding it on: one up near the mirror, one at the handle, one at the arm rest, and two at the bottom corners.
