Are Tow Bars Supposed to be Difficult to Release when On Inclines or at Angles

I have had trouble releasing the tow bar. It is a Falcon Road Master 2

Tow bars in general are not easily released when on an incline or at an angle. It's just the nature of how they work. The angles and inclines bind the bars up of the tow bar in the base plate kit and make the components hard to release.
The release mechanism of the Falcon # RM-522 does relieve a great deal of the pressure but nothing will be easier to disconnect from than if the flat towing setup is sitting perfect straight on level ground.
