How to Make a Trailer Easier to Move By Hand

I would like to put a larger pneumatic tire on my popup for easier moving around caster wheel does anyone make such a combo?

I believe I have just what you are looking for, or at least close. Take a look at the spare tire carrier and dolly bracket # DL22144. You can mount an 8 to 12 inch tire on it with 4 or 5 bolt mounting pattern and it can be used as a dolly. But it doesn't pivot like a caster.
Another option is to use an actual trailer dolly such as # RA20. It is limited to 600 pounds tongue weight and as far as gross trailer weight it depends on how much you are able to push/pull around with the dolly. They are great on flat, paved surfaces.
And a third option is a trailer mover/ jack such as # STC-V211 or a different type of dolly, # TVXL2 or # TVXL25. What makes these different from other jacks or dollies is the 2 rubber wheels and the crank handle that moves the trailer for you.
