Can Air Pressure be Left in Air Bag of Trailair Pin Box when Stored
Question:
I have a question about the Lippert1621 trailer air 5th wheel pin box that we received we di not get any information with it and we were wondering how long can the air bag be fillled with out lettingit out when it is sitting we were wondring if you go on a week long vacation do you need to let the air out while it is sitting there on vacation and then fill it bag up we you start to leve

You would not really damage the air bag if you left air in the bag, but just for good practice, I would deflate the bag. This would keep any pressure off of the bag and fittings while it is in storage.
For just a week I would leave the pressure in the bag and not think twice about it.
If you plan on storing the trailer, I also recommend either covering the pin box to protect it and the bag from the sun or applying something like Armor All to the air bag to protect the rubber.
