We do have 12-inch wheels that can be used as a spare for your trailer, but they have a 5 on 4-1/2 wheel bolt pattern. I have attached a helpful article that explains how to measure the bolt pattern to make sure you get the right one.

I have also attached a link to the 12-inch wheels with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. There are several different styles of wheels. For a steel wheel with a Black powder coat I recommend part # AM20153.

for a wheel with a galvanized finish I recommend part # AM20134 and for a wheel with a white powder coat finish I recommend part # AM20151.

These wheels are all 12 x 4 inch rims and have a pilot hole diameter of 3.19 inches.
