Does 2013 Ford F-150 Require Additional Adapters to Install Derale Transmission Cooler

Installation help with trans cooler I purchase a 13 503 trans cooler and Im wondering if I need to purchase any other part to install on a 2013 ford F1 50 with a 35 eco-boost

The transmission cooler part # D13503 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Ford F-150 and would not require you to also purchase additional adapters.
It comes with the needed additional hose and fitting to attach to your truck. It basically would be a matter of installing the cooler on the return line of your factory transmission cooler so that the fluid first goes through the factory one and then to the Derale.
I attached an install video that shows a similar cooler being installed on an older Ford truck to give you the idea.
