Will CURT Trailer Hitch Part 13650 Fit 2011 Ford Escape V6 4x4 and Is Drilling Required To Install
Question:
Will this hitch fit the 2011 Escape V6 4x4? Will I have to redrill existing holes to install?

Yes, the CURT Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III, part # 13650, will fit your 2011 Ford Escape V6 4x4.
The only drilling would be to enlarge an access hole to fit the mounting hardware through. I read the instructions for part # 13650 and it states that if there is access at the end of the frame rail then there will be no need to drill out the existing hole.
If you plan to use your hitch for towing you may also need a ball mount, hitch ball, pin and clip. For this I would recommend Ball Mount Kit for 2 Inch Hitches, part # 989900, which includes a pin and clip, 2 ball mounts, a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball, and a 2 inch hitch ball.
For trailer wiring, you will need Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring for the Ford Escape, part # 118551, to have functioning trailer lights.
I have attached the instructions for part # 13650 and a video installation on a 2008 Ford Escape that may be of good reference when installing on your 2011 Ford Escape. I have also linked instructions for part # 118551.
