Is Sealed, 3-Light Truck, Trailer Identification LED Light Bar Submersible

it lists as waterproof. Is this lite submersible?

The lights themselves on light bar # MCL93RB are sealed so water cannot get into them. This does make them submersible as well. All sealed lights are submersible but not all submersible lights are sealed. I have linked a video review of this light bar for you.
