Question:
Hello when I turn on my running lights none of my signals or brake lights work. And my running lights are brighter then my brake lights or blinkers.

Sounds like you have the circuits backwards and have the running light circuit ran to the stop/turn circuit of your trailer lights and then have the stop/turn circuits of the trailer ran to the running light circuit of the taillight.
Try just swapping those two connections and the problem will be fixed.
