We have an adapter you can use to give you more clearance from the back of your truck cab for your trailer.

I recommend the B and W gooseneck Trailer Coupler, part # BWTEXA4200. This fits standard 4-inch diameter outer tubes. This provides an extra 10-inches of clearance which should be just what you need.
