Even though you do not have EZ lube axles you will be able to add EZ lube hubs and drums, however, you will not have the EZ lube feature on his axles by installing the EZ lube hub and drums.
For you to be able to easily pack grease into your hubs and drums without an EZ lube axle, you will need Bearing Buddies. These replace the grease cap in the axle hub and will protect your bearings by keeping out water and ensuring enough grease is in the hub. I attached a diagram showing where the Bearing Buddies sit.
To figure out what Bearing Buddy will fit on your hub, you will need to measure the hole diameter of your hub with a precise measuring tool like a digital caliper # PTW80157 and use this measurement to determine what size Bearing Buddy you have. For example, if you have a 1.980 inch diameter hole, Bearing Buddy # BB1980A-SS will replace your grease cap.
I attached a review video for the Bearing Buddies which you may want to check out. Also, if you are wanting to know what hub and drum will fit on your wheel, I would be happy to help you if you tell me what your wheel bolt pattern is. I attached a help article detailing how to find your wheel bolt pattern for your convenience.
