I am owning a Carolina Skiff J 16 and want to purchase ...but I am asking myself if they fit...

Based on the design of your Carolina Skiff the hook end of the BoatBuckle G2 Retractable, Ratcheting Gunwale Tie-Down Straps # IMF14221 would not be able to grab onto the sides of the boat (gunwale). But if there is somewhere else they can attach then you can still use them. In your picture it looking like there are brackets attached to the sides that hold a pole of some kind that you could potentially use.
