You probably will not be able to tow a tractor with your 1995 Hyundai Accent. I could not find a towing capacity listed for this vehicle and that is likely because it is not rated for towing. You can consult your vehicle owner's manual to confirm this.
If it does have a towing capacity then you can install a trailer hitch such as # C11214. This hitch is rated for 2,000 pounds gross trailer weight. But if the vehicle does have a towing capacity and it is lower then you will need to go by the lower capacity.
The ball mount for this hitch is # C45521 and for a 2 inch ball you can use # 19258. And for trailer wiring use # C56175. I have linked a video review of this wiring harness for you.
