PART CODE 30104 6 PIN TO 4 PIN ADAPTER, DOES IT HAVE DIODES OR RELAYS TO ALLOW BRAKE AND TURN TO FUNCTION PROPERLY?

As long as you have a Jayco trailer, the Adapter 4 Way Flat to 6 Way Square for Jayco, item # 30104, is the only part that you will need to power the brake lights, turn signals and running lights on your trailer. You will not have trailer brake or 12 volt accessory power with this adapter.
