Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2015 KIA Sorento Limited V-6
Question:
What is the difference between the Draw-Tite and other hitches? I would like to find one where the tubing is not showing below the bumper. What would you recommend? Thank you.

The Curt Hitch # C13152 and Draw-Tite Hitch # 75772 for your 2015 Kia Sorento are similar. However, for both hitches the tubing will stick out below the bumper. Unfortunately, we do not offer a hitch that will not sick out from the bumper for your 2015 Kia Sorento.
Both the Curt Hitch and Draw-Tite Hitch for your vehicle are made from welded steel. Also, both hitches are bolted onto your vehicle, no welding or drilling is required for installation. However, they are different when it comes to how much weight both hitches can tow and how they install.
The Draw-Tite Hitch has a maximum Gross Towing Weight Capacity of 3,500 lbs. and a Maximum Tongue Weight of 525 lbs. The Curt Hitch has a Gross Trailer Weight of 6,000 lbs. and a Maximum Tongue Weight of 900 lbs. However, you are limited by the capacity of your vehicle with its 3,500 lbs. limit for V6 models or 1,650 lbs. limit for 4 cylinder models, so any capacity the hitch might have over the vehicle will be unusable.
The Curt hitch is designed to fit around the muffler on the passenger side by mounting to the inside and bottom of the frame. The Draw-Tite hitch passes over the muffler on the passenger side and attaches to the outboard and underside of the frame. The Draw-Tite hitch will take a bit longer to install because the plastic under body panels will need to be trimmed to clear the hitch. The Curt model does not require for the panels to be trimmed. However, the Draw-Tite hitch will be a little less visible compared to the Curt Hitch because it mounts above the exhaust.
Both hitches are pretty similar, however, I recommend going with the Draw-Tite Hitch if you are concerned about visibility. While it is a little longer installation process, the hitch will not be as visible as the Curt hitch on your 2015 Kia Sorento.
I attached installation videos for both the Curt and Draw-Tite Hitches on a 2015 Kia Sorento and installation instructions for both hitches you may find helpful. I also attached a help article on how to clean weld nuts for an easy hitch installation process.
