Which Parts are Needed to Install a Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller in a 2013 Toyota RAV4
Question:
Looking at setting up a 2013 Toyota RAV4 for towing a tear trailer. Whats the difference between the 39510-TU7512 and 39510-20127 brake controllers?

There really isn't a difference between the two part numbers you mentioned. Basically its the same Voyager brake controller part # 39510 with two different install harnesses that would install the same. They just happen to be made by two different companies. The # 20127 is made by Tekonsha and the part # TM75127 TrailerMate.
With either you would need the part # ETBC7 to convert your 4-way trailer connector to a 7-way to install the controller. This comes with everything needed to do so.
If you were in need of a 4-way as well you would want the part # C56350. I attached an install video for this kit for you to check out as well.
