Thank you for your recent purchase including an extra-long Curt 2-inch ball mount # D-26. This particular ball mount offers a choice of 3/4-inches of rise or 2-inches of drop relative to the hitch receiver opening. If you need an extra-long ball mount with 4-inches of rise to keep your hitched trailer level with the ground then you can use Curt # D-28 which provides a choice of 4-inches of rise or 6-inches of drop.
The linked article will help you confirm just how much rise or drop you need to keep your hitched trailer level for the best possible handling.
If you prefer to instead use a high-rise hitch ball we offer # C40034 which has a 2-inch rise. This will fit your Curt ball mount # D-26 and it is rated for 6000-lbs.
