Good morning With dealer installed cross bars, which roof racks will be optimal for my Jeep? Crossbar 2-1/2 inches wide 3/4 inches thick.

While the Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket # RMCB you were looking at will fits if your factory crossbars that are 2-1/2 inches wide 3/4 inches thick, you need to also make sure that you have the ability to have crossbar spread between 21" - 30".
For a great pair of straps to secure your cargo, I recommend using the locking cam buckle straps # RRRTD25L.
