Yes, the Swagman XTC-2 Bike Rack, # S64670, will fit your 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch on your 2002 Toyota Avalon. This bike rack will install into a 1-1/4 inch Class I or Class II hitch and it comes with an adapter that will allow it to install in a 2 inch hitch also.

The bike rack has a maximum weight capacity of 35 lbs. per bike and uses ratcheting arms that will slide down over the frame of the bike to hold it in place. It includes a threaded pin and clip with anti-rattle to secure the bike rack to the hitch.

If you want to lock the bike rack to the hitch you can use the Swagman Locking Hitch Pin, # S64029.
