How To Determine What Sidewinder Will Replace 2012 Heartland Express Pin Box
Question:
Hello, Do you know or would you know how I could find out if the Reese Fifth Wheel King Pin - RP61420 Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret - 16,000 lbs would fit my 2012 Heartland Eldridge express E25. I have looked on my current unit and cant seem to find any markings. Thanks,

The best way to find out if the Sidewinder, part # RP34FR will fit your Heartland Express is to have the part number of the king pin you have installed. If the numbers are not visible and if it is the original king pin, you may be able to use the VIN of the trailer and check with the retailer who sold it. They would have a list of all the components that were installed on the trailer.
If that doesn't work you can use the attached helpful article and measure the pin box you have to determine what the manufacturer and model is. After you find that let me know and I will be glad to make a recommendation for a Sidewinder that will work for you.
The sidewinder you asked about, part # RP34FR is designed to replace Fabex 663 and 665, Lippert 0719, 1621 and 1621HD, and M&M 663 and 665 pin boxes.
