What Tie Downs are Needed to Install Roadmaster Base plate Kit 1003-1 on a 1992 Suzuki Samurai

When I looked up the toe bar base plate for my Samurai it said the car must have tie downs. What are tie downs and where would I look for them? Thanks.

The base plate kit for a 1992 Suzkuki Samurai, part # 1003-1, refers to the tie down loops. You need to verify that underneath the front end of the Samurai are loops typically used by tow trucks to pull a vehicle out of a ditch or secure it to the truck when towing.
The base plate kit actually installs in part to these tie down loops.
