what is the dimension from center of hitch to top of rail ?

On the 24x60 Railed Cargo Carrier, # 63153, the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the cargo carrier rail is 12-3/4 inches. From the top of the receiver opening to the top of the rails measures 8 inches. This last measurement was determined by adding the 2-1/2 inch rise on the shank with the 5-1/2 inch height measurement of the rails.
