Yes, we ship the Taskmaster 5.30-12 Radial Trailer Tire with 12" White Spoke Wheel part # TA78RR with the tire mounted to the wheel as that is how it is shipped to us. The heavy spot of the tire is lined up with the lighter spot on the wheel so that it is somewhat balanced as well.
