Most trailer hubs with 4 studs have the 4 on 4 bolt pattern and will either use inner/outer bearing # L44643 or # L44649. In either case both bearings will be the same for the inner and outer. The difference between these bearings is the size. The L44643 has a 1 inch inner diameter whereas L44649 has a 1.063 inch inner diameter.
To determine which ones your trailer uses you would either need to check the bearing numbers stamped into the sides of the bearings or measure the spindle using calipers such as # PTW80157. Calipers are needed because the measurements have to be as accurate as possible especially since the size difference between these bearings is minimal.
I have included a picture that points out where to measure the spindle and where the part numbers are located on the bearings and seal.
