Does the Felt Strip of CIPA Towing Mirror part # CM11301 Permanently Attach to Vehicle Mirror
Question:
I have an installation question on the towing mirrors, part number CM11301. The instructions mention affixing a felt strip to this wedge. Does this wedge stay glued to the existing mirror once you take CM11301 off for everyday driving?

The felt strip of the CIPA Towing Mirror part # CM11301 that you referenced would not permanently attach to the mirror of the vehicle. When you remove the tow mirror from the vehicle the felt would come off of the vehicle as well.
I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
