Solution for Attaching Trailer Jack to Round Tube Trailer Frame
Question:
I am looking for a trailer jack that will mount to a round trailer neck. Most of the ones I have found have flat brackets that allow mounting to flat surfaces, but the trailer I have has round metal bars. Do you have one that can be attached to a round bar? The bar is approximately 3 inch in diameter. Thanks.

You are correct that all bolt-on trailer jacks require a square or rectangular frame member for installation. There is no bolt-on jack made for a round tube trailer frame since this would make securing the jack rather difficult; it would want to rotate around the frame tube whenever it was under load.
You will need to have some steel material welded to your frame to allow jack installation. You can use a pipe-mount type like Dutton-Lainson Pipe Mount Wivel Style Trailer Jack # DL22685 which includes the weld-on pipe section.
