Adapter Recommendation to Install a Reese Fifth Wheel Hitch in Bed of 2016 Ram 3500 with Rail Kit

To install your Reese 15k fifth wheel hitch in the bed of your 2016 Ram 3500 would only require the fifth wheel rail adapter part # RP30154. This will fit your underbed rail kit and will provide you with a set of fifth wheel rails that will be compatible with your Reese fifth wheel hitch.

I attached an install video for you to check out that shows how it installs and how it would work in the bed of your truck.

For a 7-way to install in the bed of your truck to make connecting your trailer lights easier you would want the part # 41157. Most 7-ways will be at the rear of the truck near the bumper which doesn't work will with fifth wheel hitches.
