The metric tire size equivalent for your 18.5 x 8.5 - 8 trailer tires is size 215/60-8. In this size we do offer 5-on-4-1/2-inch hubs with pre-mounted bias ply tires. You can see all choices by clicking on the link provided.
We offer both galvanized and powder-coated wheels, and tires in either Load Range C (935-lbs @ 50-psi) or Load Range D (1165-lbs @ 70-psi). If you are using the jetski in a salt water environment you'll want to use corrosion-resistant galvanized hubs like LR-D # AM3H325 or LR-C # AM3H320.
Trailer tires should always be fully inflated to the rated cold psi pressure that is indicated on the tire sidewall. It is never appropriate to under- or over-inflate a trailer tire.
