The WeatherTech Cargo Liner # WT40074 is designed to fit the cargo area of your 1998 Jeep Wrangler with the rear seat installed. I spoke with my contact at WeatherTech to get the measurements of the liner. Left to right the liner measures 34 inches. Front to back the liner is 29-3/4 inches.
