The RBW Lil Rocker 5th wheel hitch is no longer in production, but it does fit into industry standard above the bed rails from other manufactures.
The custom fit brackets for your 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD are the Reese # RP50064-58. These will include the rails, brackets, and hardware to install it all to your truck.
We typically recommend a slider hitch like # RP30075 for your sized vehicle for adequate clearance, but you can use the following measurements to be sure.
The formula to is this:
(A + B) - C = Clearance
A = Distance from the fifth wheel jaw center to the truck cab
B = Offset used (slider clearance)
C = Width of the nose of the trailer divided by 2.
I attached a couple help articles for you to check out on fifth wheel towing as well as all the 5th wheel hitches we recommend for your truck.
