The part number you referenced is for the tail light lens you have on your Jayco trailer, but I may have a solution for you.
From my research I found that some of the 1998 Jayco trailers had a tail light like part # 30-92-001. This is a rectangle light that has stop, turn, and tail light for the passenger side. I have attached a drawing of the light you can check out. The mounting holes on this light are 7-1/8 inches and 3-1/8 inches center-to-center. This light is a replacement light for a Wesbar 3621 and Peterson 2533W light.
For the Driver side of the trailer the light you need is part # 30-92-003. This has the four functions as the # 30-92-001, but also has the license plate bracket and light included. This light is a replacement light for a Wesbar 3622 and Peterson 2534W light.
If the dimensions for the drawing or mounting holes are not a match for you, the part number and manufacturer of the light can typically be found on the body of the light itself. It may be on a sticker on the backside of the light.
