Yes, the oval lights included in the Rola LED Light Kit for Railed Cargo Carriers 59516 will fit into light mounting bracket # BK70BB using the grommets include with the light kit. If you need replacement grommets you can use part # A70GB.
As an alternative, you could use the etrailer License Plate and LED Kit # e98943-44LED, which includes the mounting brackets.
