Adapters for Towing a 5th Wheel Trailer with a Gooseneck Hitch in a 2016 Nissan Titan XD

Does anybody make an adapter to go from the factory gooseneck to a fifthwheel ?

Yes, there are many options for towing a 5th wheel trailer with a gooseneck hitch. I even wrote a help article on it which I have linked for you. But in terms of something like a Companion hitch that fits directly in the gooseneck ball hole then no, there isn't an adapter that fits the factory ball holes.
The adapter I recommend is the Anderson Ranch Hitch # AM3100 because it will clamp to any 2-5/16 inch gooseneck ball regardless of the brand. I have included a link to a video review showing how this adapter works.
