Does Bulb portion Of Putco Wind Diffuser Seal For Light Bar Rest Against Windshield

I have attached a link to a product review video for the wind diffuser for Putco Luminix LED off-road light bars, part # P10060W.

If the light bar is mounted close enough to the windshield, then the bulb portion of the seal would rest against the windshield. The flat portion of the seal has a removable tape that attached to the bottom of the light bar and the bulb portion is off the back of the light. I have attached a photo that shows how the seal would be attached to the light bar you can check out.
