Drop of Curt Class V C15325 Trailer Hitch for 1996 Chevy C/K Series Pickup Truck

hi there, I have a 1996 chevy K1500 and it has a 8inch step bumper, I need a measurment on a Curt #15325 XD hitch. can you tell me the distance between the top of the hitch where it mounts to the frame to the top of the receiver where you slide the ball mount in?

Certainly! The measurement you speak of is referred to as the 'drop' of the hitch. The Curt # C15325 has a 4-1/4 inch drop, as shown in the photo I've provided.
