Recommended Skid Wheels for 34 Foot Travel Trailer
Question:
I have a 34 foot travel trailer and would like to have some bolt on wheels on the bumper. I see 4 inch, 5 inch and 6 inch which size is correct and Why? thanks,

I can help you figure out which skid wheels are right for your trailer. The way to pick out skid wheels is based off of the length of the trailer.
For your 34 foot travel trailer I recommend the Ultra-Fab 6 inch skid wheels # UF48-979013. A good rule of thumb is the longer the RV, and the greater the distance between the rear of the RV and the back axle, the greater the force the skid wheels will have to deal with.
The smaller 5 inch skid wheels # UF48-979012 would probably work, but you will get more life out of the larger skid wheels # UF48-979013 and the larger ones are typically recommended for RVs greater than or equal to 34 feet in length.
I would not recommend the 4 inch # UF48-979014 you were looking at for your sized trailer.
