The Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch, # 75682, will fit the 2010 Cadillac SRX. It is only available in a Class III hitch. It is a 2 inch hitch with a towing weight capacity of 4,000 lbs. and a tongue weight capacity of 400 lbs.
The only Class II hitch I have for the 2010 Cadillac SRX is the Curt Class II Trailer Hitch, # C12070.
This is a 1-1/4 inch receiver with a towing weight capacity of 3,500 lbs, and a tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs.
I am sending a link to information on hitch classes.
