How do I wire the Factrory Brake Controller Pigtail to the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 90885 on a 2001 Chevy
Question:
my factory 2001 silverado jumper has wires that are dark blue, light blue, red, black, and brown. My 90885 came with wiring that has wires that are dark blue, black, red, and white. How do I match them up? Thanks.

You will not be using the brown wire on the GM jumper. It is for an illumination circuit and is not needed for the Prodigy P2 # 908885. You will match the red wire on the truck to the black wire on the controller. The dark blue on the truck goes to blue on the controller. Light blue on the truck goes to red on the controller. And white match up color for color.
I have added a link below to an article on installing a brake controller on a 1999-2006 full size GM pickups that should be very helpful for completing the wiring.
