Although we haven't installed the Draw-Tite # 36542 Class II hitch on a 2016 Rogue, we have installed one on a 2015 model, where we found the hitch pin hole to rear of bumper distance was 5-1/2 inches.
Since the 2015 and 2016 are of the same generation, and the rear of the vehicle hasn't been modified from the 2015 model year, it would be very safe to say that measurement didn't change for the 2016 model year.
