Powered A-Frame Jack Recommendation That is Powered Straight From Trailer Connector
Question:
Why couldnt I connect a 4 prong electrical connector to my jack and run it from it using the factory connection on the dodge truck? My trailer uses the 7 pin connector. Or is the amperage to high on the jack?

I have just the solution for you. The Ultra Fab powered A-frame jack part # UF38-944037 can plug straight into a trailer 7-way connector to power it directly from the tow vehicle.
I attached a review video for this jack for you to check out as well.
Some powered jacks can be powered from trailer connectors while others require power from a trailer's battery.
