Yes, the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Roof Box, item # Y95AV, will fit on the roof of your 1998 Honda Accord with Yakima roof rack installed. The recommended bar spacing on your accord is 32 inches and the SkyBox NX 16 is designed to fit cross bar spreads between 24 and 36 inches.
Yakima recommends a Maximum allowable weight of 125 lbs, but you should always be sure to check your vehicle owner's manual to determine the weight carrying capacity of your roof. And make sure you include the 48 lbs of the Skybox when you determine how much you can add in cargo.
