Recommended Compatible Hubs for Use with Timbren Off-Road Suspension System ASR35HDS02

Question:

considering the Timbren axle-less system as a retro fit to the existing straight axle on the extreme offroad trailer we have built. building it in and all other issues onn the FAQ section are no problem. my concern is that I can get a hub bolt pattern to match the Tahoe that tows it 6x 5.5inch a deal breaker.

In order to use 6-on-5-1/2-inch bolt pattern hubs on a Timbren axle-less suspension system those hubs will have to use the same bearing set as the hubs intended for that system. In the Timbren system # ASR35HDS02, for example, which has 4-inches of lift and is rated for 3500-lbs and off-road tires, the bearing set is inner bearing # 25580 and outer bearing # 15123.

We do offer idler hubs and hub/drums in the 6-on-5-1/2-inch bolt pattern that you can see by clicking on the link provided. For example, for a galvanized idler hub you can use part # 8-213-51UC1-EZ. For a hub/drum use part # 8-201-9UC3-EZ or for galvanized part # 8-201-51UC3-EZ.

Note that each available hub can work with a differing range of wheel sizes so keep that in mind as you select. This is noted on the main page for each item.

If you'll need wheel bearing grease and a grease gun we offer the LubriMatic Mini Grease Gun and grease # 30-800 and # L54FR.
