The Swagman Titan hitch-mount bike rack # S63400 cannot be used in a hitch on the back of a trailer or other RV. It is not strong enough to handle the extra stresses found at the back of trailers and RVs.
If you have a 2" hitch, you can use an RV approved bike rack like the Yakima LongHaul # Y02476. This is a 4-bike carrier with a weight limit of 37.5lbs per bike. It also comes with locks for both the rack and the bikes.
