We have several trunk mount bike carriers that will fit your 2016 Honda Fit including the Passage # TH910XT. I have included a link to the options that will fit. The Passage is a great entry-level carrier that will work well for you. I have linked a video review of this carrier for you.
But if you want the top of the line then I recommend the Thule OutWay # TH56BV. I have an older version of this rack and it is by far the easiest trunk mount rack I have ever used. What makes it so easy are the 2 retractable cables it uses to attach to the vehicle rather than 4-6 straps like other carriers.
The excess cable stores inside the carrier so there are no loose ends flapping around. The cables are also more durable compared to the straps. And the access to the cable mechanism can be locked to deter theft of the rack.
The OutWay also features a built-in cable lock to deter bike theft. This carrier has upgraded road-dampening technology to better protect the bike frames. And the arms can move independently in and out, up and down to fit a wide variety of bikes. I have included a link to a video review of this OutWay line for you.
